    Introducing CrowFootUSA: crowfoot wrenches made to your size

    A customer asked our team to create a custom crowfoot wrench configuration and the sales pipeline behind it. We delivered the website and configurator, wrench designs, safety factors, materials, machining vendors, shop fabrication, post-processing, packaging, torque capacity validation and product testing, and drop shipping. The product: custom crowfoot wrenches from 1/4" to 2" drive, including multi-head crowfoots with up to four sizes on one drive. An online configurator builds the right wrench for the job, with options for a tether hole, an etched QR code for the torque correction table and traceability, 12-point flare-nut jaws, a low-clearance thin profile, and custom reach lengths.
